Our healthcare providers can prescribe psychotropic medication and have a supportive, therapeutic approach. You may learn more about their additional specialties and whether they may be a good fit for you.

If you are already in treatment with a current provider or have supportive individuals you would like involved in your care, we will happily communicate with them with your permission.

We are only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. Our office staff will submit claims to Blue Cross Blue Shield on your behalf and we use convenient online bill pay for any remaining balance you may have from copays or deductibles.

If you are not in network with BCBS PPO, you may still join our practice as a fee-for-service patient, for which a valid credit card must be kept on file to be charged by our staff during your visit. Upon request, a detailed statement can be provided if you would like to obtain reimbursement from your individual insurance plan.

Both in-person and telehealth appointments are usually available (patient preference) and all registration forms must be completed 72 hours prior to your first appointment. When possible, we encourage all patients to schedule or make changes to their appointments online through our website.

Provider availability is accurately reflected on our calendars. You should expect to meet at least monthly when treatment is first initiated, with follow up frequency to be determined uniquely by your treatment goals and needs. Your provider can be reached directly by email, text, or phone between your appointments if needed.
